These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stay Versed (the "Service"), provided by Metamorphos Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), including this website and the Stay Versed mobile app. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You may use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, cheat or manipulate scores and leaderboards, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us at support@metamorphosstudio.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Stay Versed is free to play, with optional in-app purchases and/or subscriptions for additional features. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms, pricing, and refund policies. Subscriptions renew until cancelled through your app-store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Stay Versed includes trivia, puzzles, and educational content across many subjects, including faith, history, science, and culture. We aim for accuracy and fairness, but content is provided for general learning and entertainment and is not professional, theological, or academic advice. Content represents our editorial choices and is not a binding doctrinal statement for any church or tradition.
The Service — including its software, text, puzzles, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by Metamorphos Studio or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.
The Service relies on third parties such as app stores, hosting, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content is complete or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metamorphos Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion by emailing support@metamorphosstudio.com. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or as required by law.
We may modify the Service and update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, indicated by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
